RC-2 under the restoration

Here is ASSOCIATED RC-2. It's still under the restoration right now.
The steering arm is home made by the brass.The matching is not so bad.
Motor is VECO 19 with a quite unique stinger muff & Small Air Funnel in the early /70's.

Thanks a lot for your compliment always !
RC-2 is a more basic kit compared with RC-1.
I use one piece motor mount for my RC-2 now.
But The original mount is quite simple one and 2 piece construction.

Here is ref,for you. It's a simple and basic mount !

For my red muff is the production in the early/70's.
The brand house is unknown actually. But As I had a header of the package, I will make sure it

Attached is the custom radio tray which was made in the early/70's.
The private team(U.S.A) just made it for racing circuit.The construction is quite unique.
It's a kind of flexible plate when the chassis is twisting and rolling
Now such thing is very low tech. But It must be more innovative and functional at that time
We could feel a nostalgia from that. Please enjoy
