Yankee 87 4x4
I finished weeks ago this Yankee, although some parts are not yet the proper ones (dampers).
I did not know this car so I needed some help from Tamartin to find out aditional parts
I based on photos in rcmagvintage, also for the body painting
But finally 3 colours were too much for me and the body finished with the colours of my favourite football match team
And I found yesterday this "pipe of peace", brand new, when looking for red Tamiya paint
I got an aditional front damper so only one more is missing. If someone have available stuff please let me know.

No please! I would not paint itmani a écrit :Oui il est neuf et en plus il veut le peindre en rouge , là je sent que tu es prêt de l’évanouissement , non je déconne
The engine is already there, and now I can remove that stupid little exhaust. Only that the Picco is not according to the age of the car, and of course I should turn the cooling head correspondingly.
This car is not for run but I have spares enough so I think it will finally run. I only need time as I have it in my village (Arenys) where I go at the weekend.

Today I could set most of the pending parts of my Yankee.
I mounted 2 front Yankee dampers, that nice exhaust, changed the front rims for the proper ones (smaller?) and hereby the result.
Still pending parts, but I'll make it run when I find the time. There's a lot to do.
They told me that the Yankee exhaust sounds great
