Tires (pneus) for SG Tiger

Hello all,
may there is some one who knows, which reproduced tires are fits on the original SG Tiger rims
(Please send me a PM with link of auction or dealer)
Or is there any one who has experience with fitting actual 17mm Hex-adapters on the 7mm Tiger wheel axles
(may be with a 8x7mm brass tube?)
