Bonjour tout le monde,

I'm a Spanish RC collector and this is my first message. I'm a lover for Delta RC cars and this Forum is one of my favourite sites.

I realize that there are a lot of information on a large variety of Delta cars but none on the CK-790-E so, I would like to show you the one in my collection.



















I built this particular car straight from an original kit some years ago and has spent his life in a shelf. I hope you will like it.

Here's another thread on the 790-E...I have one myself, but incomplete. I bought the correct Astro 015 motor recently, but I need a piniongear. Standard pinions don't fit the Astro's larger diameter shaft.

Nice restoration project! And, indeed, a rare one with this aluminium chassis.

Acording to a 1980 list price I have, there were a Delta kit, ref. CMK790 E-SJ, which allowed to convert an standard Super J to electrical. Your car could be a SJ converted to electrical and this could explain the aluminium chassis.

I hope my pictures will be of help to you and V12 as reference for your restorations.
