If someone could be interested, there is a way to do it.
Simply get your modern rims/tires and check the hexagon part. It has an internal diameter of about 7-8mm. The external diameter of the wheel shafts in the Siccom is 6mm.
If you buy a brass tube with the proper diameters, cut it to the required lenght, fit it and then just drill for the go through of the allen screw.
If the explanations is not clear, see the photos.
I did it in a Land Jump to use it with modern rims, and now with my second Magnum 87 "Free Style"...
